The point at which the express operator files the manifest of goods entering under list clearance. It is the first step of clearance, and the goods may not have reached Korea yet.

The clearance list and list clearance are not the same thing. - List clearance is the arrangement: low-value goods enter without a full import declaration - The clearance list is the document filed with customs to use it It carries the sender and recipient, the description, value and weight, and the address of the shop. For personal goods, the recipient's personal customs clearance code goes with it. Why tracking seems to stop here This step is usually recorded just after the goods are loaded — often before they have reached Korea at all. Arrival report, unloading, warehouse entry, list approval and release all follow it. If tracking only shows the first line, a shipment that has long since cleared still looks stuck at the list. That is what is happening when delivery says delivered and customs says list received. If it really has stopped Where no further step appears after a few days, the usual reasons are: - The personal customs clearance code is wrong or missing — much the most common - The description is too vague and customs has queried it - The goods fall outside list clearance and have moved to a full declaration - The value is over the threshold and a declaration is required Check first that the name, date of birth and phone number held by the shop or forwarding service match what Korea Customs has.
