Nothing comes up when I search.

Right after a shipment is registered there may be no steps yet. If the cargo is found you will see the company name with an empty history, so try again in half a day. If no company name appears either, the number is wrong or the cargo is not handled by HubNet.

Customs cleared, but delivery has not started.

After clearance the cargo is released and handed to a courier, which can take about a day. Delivery steps appear only once the courier has it.

My personal customs clearance code is blocking clearance.

Clearance stops if the name, date of birth or phone number differs from what is registered with Korea Customs. Check your details on the customs service page, renew them if anything changed, and let the seller or us know.

Why is clearance taking so long?

Usually the shipment was selected for inspection, more documentation is needed for the item, or the personal clearance code does not match. Peak season volume can add delay as well.
